Perhaps not a completely new learning, but definitely one that has been time and again validated in the last 1+ years: There is no one size fits all or silver bullet when it comes to AI models. Purpose-built models for the specific use case is the way to go if one doesn't want to greatly compromise in terms of quality or costs. So much validation on this point across enterprise and academia...
